Jamaica cool mon

I think I have spent enough time in Jamaica to qualify as a tour guide. I love the place and try to get there every other year or so. Because I know the island so well and because the island is so small I like to rent a car when I visit. A car affords me the freedom to go where I want,when I want and with who I want.  I tasted the most delicious Voodoo Hot Onion Relish at a barbecue party this week and the story behind this zesty condiment is as interesting as the sauce itself. Apparently the original inventor of the Voodoo Hot Onion Relish sold his creation over the counter of a small town general store for many years. A lady would come into his store every week or so to buy a little jar of the hot sauce and each time she did she asked the owner for his recipe.
